Innovative Technology Meets Swiss Craftsmanship

Our manufactory is one of the last of its kind in Switzerland. Here, the unique kybun shoes are created, known worldwide for their elastic-springy walking sensation. Each shoe is made in around 160 steps, most of which are done by hand. From cutting high-quality materials to the final inspection, we pay attention to every detail.
The heart of our shoes is the elastic-springy sole with innovative Swiss air-cushion technology. It ensures a soft walking sensation, relieves joints and the back, and stimulates muscles with every step. With patience and precision, we create shoes that are not only durable but also sustainable.

Production Highlights:

  • Elastic-springy sole for optimal relief
  • Manufactured in 160 elaborate steps
  • Use of high-quality, sustainable materials

Karl Müller III

«You can try our kybun products, but not a surgery»

The Inventor Behind kybun – Karl Müller Senior

Visionary and pioneer. Behind every kybun shoe stands the vision of Karl Müller senior. The Swiss ETH engineer and movement scientist developed the unique kybun air-cushion technology, inspired by his experiences in Asia and walking barefoot. His goal was to combine comfort, health, and movement in one shoe. Today, this technology makes the kybun shoe an unmistakable product.
Karl Müller’s pioneering spirit lives on in every pair of kybun shoes, ensuring that our customers worldwide benefit from more comfort and a healthy walking sensation.
